Jimmy comes to the USGLC with nearly a decade of congressional experience, most recently as a Professional Staff Member on the House Foreign Affairs Committee advising Ranking Member McCaul on global economic issues, technology, and international financial institutions. Prior to that, he served in various positions in the office of Rep. Ted Yoho (R-FL) – including as his Legislative Director where he spearheaded the successful enactment of the BUILD Act.
