Most years, the House and Senate pass their own Budget Resolutions, but this year is different.

Testimony from top officials at several export and trade-related agencies and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce yesterday before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee underscored that Africa remains a tremendous opportunity for American trade and investment.

This morning USGLC Senior Director Ambassador Mark Green was joined by Lieutenant General Pete Osman, USMC (Ret.), Vice Admiral Stephen Loftus, USN (Ret.), and former Army Captain Jim Morin on Capitol Hill to discuss how America’s global leadership is critical to U.S. national security.
