David Huang, Policy Assistant

David joins the USGLC after graduating from American University, where he received his B.A. in International Studies specializing in Peace, Global Security, and Conflict Resolutions and completing an internship as a Diplomacy Lab Researcher at the U.S. Department of State. David has also interned at the Institute of World Politics, Atlas Corps, and the National Federation of Filipino American Associations. Coming from a family of career diplomats from the Philippines and having lived and travelled abroad before calling Washington, D.C. home, David is passionate about international development, and peace building and diplomacy through cultural intelligence and engagement.
