This event will highlight the work of Feed the Future, the United States' global hunger initiative, and amplify the benefits of international agricultural development programs for Nebraskan producers and businesses.
Ann Vaughan, Deputy Assistant Administrator of the Bureau of Resilience, Environment, and Food Security at the U.S. Agency for International Development, and Peter McCornick, Executive Director of the Daugherty Water for Food Global Institute (DWFI) at the University of Nebraska, will join us to amplify the work of Feed the Future, the United States' global hunger initiative, and highlight the benefits of international agricultural development programs for Nebraskan producers and businesses. This event serves as part of our Farmers for Prosperity Initiative, a growing network of leaders from the agriculture sector committed to American global engagement and harnessing resources to help feed the world.
