Miss Jenny’s Pickles

The economic downturn has dried up demand and forced businesses around the country to close up shop, but some businesses have been finding demand outside the U.S. Jenny Fulton and Ashlee Furr, “mompreneurs” of Miss Jenny’s Pickles, worked with the Export-Import Bank to start exporting their pickles to China. As Jenny recounts in the 60 Minutes interview below, “I said, ‘Ashley, in 2011, we’re going to export to one country, I don’t care what it is, because 95% of the world lives outside of the United States.’ ”
