Dilly is the Senior Director of Advocacy and Communications at Data2X. She is a strategic communications and advocacy expert and effective manager with more than 15 years of experience in the international development and reproductive health sectors. Previously, as the Senior Director for Global Initiatives at FP2020, Dilly oversaw the global advocacy, global partnerships and strategic engagement, rights and empowerment, emergency preparedness and resilience, and youth engagement portfolios, as well as managed the Reference Group. Dilly also served as the director of communications at PAI and worked at the Consortium on Race, Gender and Ethnicity (CRGE) and at the International Youth Foundation. Dilly holds a master’s of public policy in international development from the University of Maryland and a master’s of communication from American University. She has an undergraduate degree in English literature with a minor in Asian studies.
