The U.S. Global Leadership Coalition is seeking a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented professional to serve as the Executive Assistant to the President & CEO. This individual will coordinate and execute a wide range of tasks and projects for the executive office. The position requires a candidate who is versatile, tactful, deadline-driven, motivated, and organized. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy, and collaborative environment. The position will reside in Washington, D.C., and report to the President & CEO.

President/CEO’s Schedule & Travel Support. Provide support to President/CEO by strategically managing her schedule for internal and external meetings and appointments to maximize the office and platform for the organization’s mission.
Executive Team Support. Assist the USGLC Executive Team, primarily the Chief of Staff and Chief Financial Officer, with various projects to maximize the effectiveness of USGLC executive responsibilities.
General Office Management. Manage day-to-day office management tasks such as general office supplies, conference rooms, mail, general building operations, and other duties as needed.
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. A minimum of 2 years experience supporting a principal is preferred. Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills are essential. Must be proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, and be highly organized with an ability to juggle multiple tasks.
A projected salary range of $50,000 to $60,000 will be offered, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The USGLC also provides a package of benefits, including health and disability insurance, retirement plans, paid annual and sick leave, and federal holidays.
