Peter Jaffe is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC).

Prior to MMC, Jaffe was the Counsel and Deputy Practice Group Chair at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. He also served as counsel to two international law firms. He once worked at the Department of Justice as a trial attorney, a special assistant United States Attorney, and counsel to the United States Senate Judiciary Committee.
